Your responsibilities:

• Sales processing for repeat orders and standard products
• Handling tasks in goods receipt, goods issue and internal logistics
• Preparing, picking and packing deliveries and creating the necessary documents and postings
• Carrying out incoming goods inspections of customer-supplied semi-finished parts for further in-house processing, based on the accompanying documents and on visual inspection
• Packing, labeling and recording finished goods within the ERP system
• Physically placing stock items into and out of storage, creating the necessary postings, warehouse administration and stock monitoring
• Allocating the recorded goods to internal material requisitions

Qualifications:

• Vocational training in business administration or logistics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• A strong sense of order and organization
• Initiative and enjoyment of contact with suppliers and customers
