With the ACTIONMILL® Chamfer and the TARGETMILL® Chamfer, HB microtec® offers a complete range of deburring cutters. The two lines complement each other perfectly and provide the ideal deburring tool for every operation. When raster machining with the ACTIONMILL Lollipop®, for instance, deburring can be completed entirely on the machine — saving valuable production time.

Thanks to its performance and versatility, the HB microtec® ACTIONMILL® T-SLOT is exactly the right all-purpose tool for finishing T-slots. The ACTIONMILL® T-SLOT stands out for its excellent tool life and above-average cutting data. The welcome side effect for you: shorter throughput times and no more laborious tool changes.

Medical technology — surgery and dentistry in particular — uses screws and screwdrivers with a star-shaped drive profile featuring six rounded lobes. The profile is designated as a hexalobular internal or external drive in accordance with ISO 10664 and is commonly known by the brand name TORX®. Its advantage: star-shaped profiles transmit significantly higher torque than other drive shapes of comparable diameter. Producing small star profiles, however, used to be costly and time-consuming.

With three cutting edges, the 305° ball-nose cutters can be used universally, and every kind of deburring work can be carried out thanks to the 305° cutting range. The lollipop cutters are available with ball diameters from 0.8 mm to 10.0 mm and with two different coatings. Its stable, long neck also lets the ACTIONMILL® Lollipop reach angles that are hard to access.

The lollipop cutter is suited to deburring at the front and at the back, to all kinds of internal and external contours as well as to intersections at bores and milled features or angled bore exits. That makes the ACTIONMILL® Lollipop a high-performance cutter.

The new ACTIONMILL INOX Groover from HB microtec is a plunge and ramp milling cutter developed specifically for plunging at extreme angles. With the new Groover, one and the same cutter can be used for roughing and finishing.

This means users can now ramp up to 70° in a full slot and plunge vertically at 90° (drilling) with a single milling tool — at high cutting data and depths of cut, while machining quality remains consistently excellent.

The HB microtec® ACTIONMILL® INOX-CORD / -HPC / -Finish / -Trochoid cutters are perfectly matched to their respective tasks. Thanks to their geometries with internal cooling, all four cutter types are suitable for every titanium and stainless steel alloy. The cutters stand out for their above-average tool life.
